THE VINEYARD
Our vineyards are spread across more than 600 plots arranged in a horseshoe shape surrounding the
stunning landscape where our winery stands. Respect for the environment is a fundamental
principle for us, and despite the challenges, we have managed to cultivate the largest area of organic
vineyards in northwest Spain, with nearly 100 hectares of our own

Over the years, we have established new plantings while also recovering and converting old
vineyards. We are constantly in search of the best locations on slopes with optimal orientations,
elevation, and soils such as granite, limestone, sandy loam, and quartzite. These conditions enable
us to produce wines with their own distinct identity.

After years of dedicated work focused on sustainability, quality, and soil health, we have achieved
CAECYL certification for organic farming. This accomplishment reflects our commitment to
working in harmony with nature to cultivate the finest raw materials for our wines while giving
back to the land more than we take each year.
